One time in 1994 Jim Mullin suggested that we each make a piece of art that we would then give to each other so that we could work our individual ‘thing’ on it and then back again and back again until we both said I can’t work that piece anymore. We ended up doing 6 pieces together and Jim suggested we have a show together at the gallery. We would make 6 pieces, 3 each, and exchange them 3 times ending up with the 3 we had started. We did our “own thing” to each others work twice before completing them for exhibition. We also showed our latest individual works.
